You of course have the option to cancel or postpone your rental

We are sorry that your need to cancel or postpone! However, we do understand things happen as well. Please know that all cancellation need to be sent via email to us at hello@proparazziparties.com, noting your order number and cancellation reason.

All same day cancellations will forfeiture their entire rental fee unless otherwise agreed in writing by Proparazzi Party Rentals LLC (Proparazzi Parties DBA).

All rentals that are booked for your exclusive use on the requested date and is cancelled by client will result in clients losing their 50% non-refundable rental retainer on their pre-paid booking. The below credit disbursement for any remaining balance will follow our surcharges/inconvenience matrix below:

30+ days &/or SAME day booking: Full credit for 12 months

30-16 days from event: Remaining balance minus 25% surcharge

​

15-8 days from event: Remaining balance minus 35% surcharge

​

7-0 days: No credit. Full forfeiture of hire fee

During periods of severe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, snow storm, ice storms, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply full credit for 12-month period. If conditions are not expected to be too severe we will proceed with your booking unless we hear from you.
